The idea of 2 minute habit is to make any habit so simple and easy to get into that we can do it in 2 minutes or less.
The objective is to make it as easy as possible for anyone to adopt new habits.

Example:- Let's say you set a goal of running 5 Km. You haven't run in many years, and you do not have the mental or physical capacity to run 5 Km. So all you need to do is go out and run for 2 Minutes, That's it! If you feel good maybe you'll run for 5 minutes, but that's not the goal as said before.

Getting into the mindset of running is more important than running itself at this point. Many people decide to run 5 Km and give up after a week or less just because they don't have the mental or physical capacity to run 5 Kms.
Setting a goal is easy, but often we set a goal that might seem unachievable because we don't have the right mindset and willpower to get it done. Willpower gets better by repetition. The more you're used to the process, the easier it'll be to do it.
Starting with 2 Minutes is easy and achievable for almost goal. With time, you can increase the duration and intensity as you get into the habit of repeating the same thing over and over.
