Fleeting Notes

  1. Being an ethical vegan, all my food comes from plant sources. It isn't hard to be a vegan at all. All I do is eat normal Indian food like anyone else, just vegan. So generally the things that I eat are, sabji, Roti/chapati, rice with daal, etc.

Normally I eat jowar or bajra roti, as I do feel wheat is a bit sticky for digestion. I've seen a bit better digestion with these roti's, but it does take some time getting used to it. Now that I'm used to it, going back to wheat feels weird.
