Specific Knowledge

Don't be a generalist in this world. Try to get specific knowledge in a field you like, specialize and get very, very good at it. The world rewards people who are not replaceable.

Don't think it's something you can find by going to school or universities, it's found in apprenticeships and at work.

You can't be trained for specific knowledge. It can be found in things that you really like. "It will feel like play to you, but work to others."

If you don't know what is your specific knowledge, You can look for skills that are highly technical or creative.

Accountable

Become accountable. It's okay to fail, but what's more important is taking accountability of that failure. Don't blame others or situations. When you say you're going to do this by x time, do it. Being accountable is a very important skill if you want to do good in life.

Leverage

If you can get leverage in the field you work in, use it. Leverage will make you rich, give you the edge that other lack, and make you stand out from the rest.

Arm yourself with specific knowledge, accountability, and leverage.
